The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission seized 411 bottles last Thursday at Bayou Bob's Brazos River Rattlesnake Ranch near Santo in Palo Pinto County in Texas.
Owner of the ranch and illegal hooch, Bob Popplewell was unavailable for comment. Officials say they plan to charge Popplewell with selling alcohol without a permit and possession of alcohol with intent to sell.
