HOC is nestled in alongside the Ohio River in Wheeling, WV.
This trip took place on November 16 2009. A Monday--and any day ending in "Y"--is a perfect day for a cigar!
Acres of cigars at reasonable prices. We once smoked cigarettes--back in the college days--but it's been years. Just wasn't the taste we were looking for.
A cigar, on the other hand, is just the ticket.
We soon found what we were looking for and returned to the road.
