The Audacity of Barack Obama and Trinity Church

"Our roots in the Black religious experience and tradition are deep, lasting and permanent. We are an African people, and remain "true to our native land," the mother continent, the cradle of civilization."

Jeremiah Wright's Trinity Church celebrates their experiences apart from the American experience.

This can be seen in the '60s-style sermons, such as the "God Damn America" one.

Taken separately, at face value, outside the context of the preaching a constant stream of grievance, injustice and anti-Americanism, this may not appear worrisome. Depending on the Mainstream Media to report the context, or inconvenient facts of the matter, is a losing proposition for those Americans who use information to make better-informed political choices.

Do we want a president steeped in the ideology of the '60s radical, anti-American Left? Let's take a look at this Trinity Church-produced promotional video.

This second video, "The Audacity of Barack Obama" more than likely originated from a Clinton website, ObamaTruth.org. It doesn't make the facts presented false.

Two more things when thinking about what kind of "change" candidate Obama is constantly--but vaguely--referring to.

"Change for Change's Sake Isn't always Good" might be a more accurate, if politically bland, motto.
